If a picture is worth a thousand words, the images by Adam Porter (The Northern Light Gallery and Studio) are worth a library. Adam’s skill in capturing stunning images of landscapes and our celestial heavens have been noted by the Irish Times, RTÉ and Audi Ireland, among others.

This technical workshop will teach participants the skills required to capture their own stunning images of our stellar skies using features of the digital SLR camera.

That evening, Adam will lead a local field trip for participants to test their newly acquired skills.

NOTE: Participants must bring their own Digital SLR camera and tripod to this workshop as equipment cannot be supplied. Participants are also responsible for their own field trip transport.
