Rademon Estate Distillery opens its doors during the NI Science Festival for an exclusive tour and tasting experience, which will unlock some of the secrets and skills that go into creating Shortcross Gin. 

David Boyd-Armstrong, the head distiller, will talk you through the fascinating process; from how they harvest local botanicals, draw fresh water from the distillery well, distil on a bespoke copper pot still and bottle and label the finished product on site.

After the tour, discover the Visitors Centre and the Shortcross Gin Bar. Enjoy a guided tasting of Shortcross Gin and browse in the Distillery Shop.
